Vōhme Pricing.
The Vōhme pricing model has two parts.
- PART 1 – The Vōhme Member Broker Fee
- PART 2 – Vōhme LLC Home Prep/Marketing Package.
Vōhme pricing is a seller centric model. Vōhme pricing does not add an additional fee for the buyer to pay their buyer broker.

PART 1 – Vōhme Member Broker Brokerage Fee: $7,555
The suggested Member Broker fee is collected at closing. It is a real estate brokerage services flat fee and and known the day you sign your sellers listing agreement. It does not vary according to the selling price of the property.
Vōhme Member Brokers do have the ability to adjust the flat fee to accommodate each sellers situation. Example would be properties such as land and lots that my not require a schedule of open houses.

PART 2 – Vōhme LLC Home Prep/Marketing Package: Five Packages
Sellers have the ability to choose from five different packages to accommodate their selling situation. The packages take into account the seller’s price range and timing. The Vōhme Home Prep/Marketing Package is paid to Vōhme LLC at the time of signing the home seller listing agreement.
Part 2 fees are used for home inspections, property reports, staging and marketing. Seller is responsible for any home improvements and/or corrections done after receiving home reports.
