Vōhme Broker Member

A Vōhme Broker Member will coordinate your home preparation involving inspections, reports, online listing portals, and marketing. In addition, they will administrate the legal purchase contract with you and the buyer through closing. The fee for these services will be 1% of your home selling price.

diY – Do It Yourself

Or you can choose to coordinate the home selling process on your own. We have step by step help guides to assist you and access to legal preparation of your buy sell agreement. The Vōhme diY fee is $550.

Pick a VPPM – Vōhme Property Prep and Marketing.

Choosing the correct plan for your home will help you achieve the results you are looking for. We have 5 plans to pick from so you can customize to your property. We recommend choosing a plan which is approximately 1% of your home’s value.

VPPM – 1 $3,970

An economy package designed for properties where a home inspection and staging are not necessary. Properties such as land or where any structures on the property do not add to the overall value.

VPPM – 2 $5,970

A full package designed for properties where a home inspection and staging are part of the Vōhme Valued Properties designation. A great fit for properties under 3,000 square feet and/or under $500,000 value.

VPPM – 3 $10,970

VPPM 3 is everything in VPPM 2 but is targeted for homes above 3,500 square feet and/or between $500,000 to $1,000,000 in value. VPPM 3 has additional drone footage and more detailed video.

VPPM – 4 $17,970

VPPM 4 is everything in VPPM 3 but is targeted for homes between $1,000,000 to $2,500,000 in value. VPPM 4 has increased online marketing plus interactive floorplans and design elements for buyers.

VPPM – 5 $29,970

PPM 5 is everything in VPPM 4 with additional online marketing and social media engagement. It is targeted for homes above $2,500,000 in value.

 

Choose an Open Offer Sale or Timed Sale

Open Offer Sale

Buyer has all the information on your home, and they can make online offers as to PRICE and CLOSING DAY. You will be able to reject or accept offers. Once accepted, buyer deposits 10% down and everyone can proceed to the closing date accepted.

Timed Sale

Buyer has all the information on your home, and they can make offers on PRICE only. You have chosen a date and time that all offers will be halted. Your purchase contract is posted for approved buyers, and it has the closing date you have chosen.

Purchase Now Price

You have the option to post a Purchase Now price with an Open Offer Sale or a Timed Sale. If that option is selected by the buyer, your sale stops, and buyer deposits a 10% down payment.
