If you choose to pay cash, you will need to provide proof of funds by verifying funds available to consummate your purchase.

Vreoa will approve you to purchase without contingencies. Vreoa will accept an Automated Value Model (AVM) as an established property value. You will need to verify you have 10% as earnest money. Vreoa will then finance the balance at closing. Or you may deposit more at closing to finance any remaining balance at closing.
Your Own Lender
Your own lender will need to provide Vōhme LLC with proof you are able to purchase with no contingencies, including appraisal requirements. And also verify your ability to deposit 10% as earnest money.
