If the property is being sold as an Open Offer Sale you can make an offer regarding:

- closing day.
Timed Sale
If the property is being offered through a Timed Sale, the closing date has been established by the seller and you can offer regarding:
- price
Purchase Now
Both Timed Sale and Open Offer Sale may have a Purchase Now price and closing day. If you select this option, all other offers are curtailed as first position offers. They may be allowed as backup offers to your purchase contract.
