You are now in position to receive online non-contingent offers on either price (Timed Sale) or price and closing day (Open Offer Sale). In an Open Offer Sale you can accept or reject your offers. And if you have posted a Purchase Now Price, in either an Open Offer Sale or Timed Sale, the sale is stopped if the buyer chooses your price.
Seller Step 4
Once an offer has been consummated you can now proceed to closing. Your buyer has deposited 10% of the agreed upon purchase price and there are no contingencies.

Seller and buyers negotiate two things. Price and closing day. All parties have property reports before any offer is made. Pre-approved buyers make online offers of purchase price and the day they want to close. A PURCHASE NOW price and closing day is displayed as an option for the buyer. If so selected, no more offers will be entertained.
Timed Sale
Seller picks a day for closing and a day no more offers will be accepted. Seller and buyer negotiate just one thing, price. All parties have property reports and know the closing day, before any offer is made. All buyers are pre-approved. A PURCHASE NOW price and closing day is displayed as an option for the buyer. If so selected, no more offers will be entertained.
