To help someone you must first listen to their needs. Understanding their desire is essential to formulate solutions.
Our Story
How can I help homeowners?
Founder Lincoln H. Gill has been a real estate broker since 1976. He asked this simple question and created a better way for homeowners to create equity and keep more of it. He knew owning a home and managing the complexities could be easier. And when selling or buying, the stress involved could be eliminated when embracing transparency.

Mission
Help first.
Our mission is to help people buy, sell, and own real estate. And in doing so, help them build real estate equity. The Way Vōhme is always striving to make the process as easy as possible.
Reduce confusion and second thoughts by giving people the tools and information they need to make real estate decisions.
Building a transaction where seller and buyer can move toward closing with fewer unknowns and a lot less stress.
Founder Perspective
A better way, built from the inside.
"Owning a home and building a real estate portfolio has proven to be one of the best ways to build wealth. Vōhme helps you build real estate equity. And keep more of it."
"Surveys have consistantly shown 70% of sellers and buyers say the home transaction process is one of the most stressful times of their lives. There is no need for that. It should be one of the most joyful times."

Less stress.
The Way Vōhme is a process which provides homeowners a way to manage their portfolio. And when the time comes to sell, both seller and buyer proceed with certainty on their path to a closing.
More knowledge.
The Way Vōhme provides a home dashboard with useful property information. Knowledge to know when to sell and how to price their home. And create seller and buyer transaction transparency.
Better help.
Better information leads to better help. The Way Vōhme does not pressure sellers and buyers into real estate decisions. It helps them move forward with informed confidence.
The Way Vōhme
No surprises.
Vōhme reverses the traditional stress-filled sequence by preparing the property story before negotiations begin. Sellers know what they are selling. Buyers know what they are buying.
